These terms govern your use of Sikh Center. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sikh Center. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18+ and legally able to enter into these terms.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information about yourself. No catfishing, fake profiles, or impersonation.
• Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexually explicit content directed at other members will result in account termination.
• No commercial solicitation, scraping, or use of the service to advertise unrelated products.
• No attempts to circumvent verification, payment, or security systems.
• You are responsible for the safety of any meetings arranged through Sikh Center.

Subscriptions and refunds

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile text, photos, messages). You grant Sikh Center a limited license to display that content within the service. We will not sell or license your content to third parties.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other members.

Disclaimers

Sikh Centeris provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of other members on or off the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
